Absolutely appalling service, they did everything they could to avoid fulfilling their recall obligations resorting to lies and stalling tactics. You deal with this outfit at your peril. If Soper's have any interest in learning how to deliver outstanding service they need go to Sytner Nottingham and spend some time with them.

Service.I needed a service and an mot for my wife's X1. I dropped into Soper's to see what availability there was, to be given a very welcome greeting and lots of help and direction. Booked in and followed up by progress calls and all done in a day inc valet and wax.If Carlsburg sold cars, Soper's would probably service them.

My frustration with Soper of Lincoln BMW knows no bounds! Every time I step into that place for a service, it's like entering a den of deception. They shamelessly tried to swindle me out of £2,000 for pointless services, including wheel shine restoration, windshield replacement, and tire changes on brand-new tires. Their audacity to claim my car was unfit for the road without these bogus repairs is downright infuriating! It's a shame they prioritize deceit over genuine customer service.

Do not use!!!First time I have had a service! There was a recall and now they have had my car the entire week but tell me they can?t order the part! Not only that but they won?t give me a replacement car! Today I didn?t chase them, I have been doing so all week it is costing me a fortune to hire a car and who pays for thst? Certainly not BMW! because the lady promised me a car! NO CAR! AVOID THIS DEALER! absolutely the most disgusting service I have ever experienced! I want my car back! I won?t be using this garage again! The fact I am without a car and they cannot even be bothered to let me know why I still do not have a replacement just annoys me to the point I am writing this!

We had a recall for airbags sensors....we answered all the booking in questions key battery change, health check, wipers tyres, with No! No No. Very surprised to get a txt stating it needed £730 spending on it. Including the reversing sensor didn't work. On collection we advised it was only serviced 2 weeks ago....the sensor works fine thank you. And if you have a new tyre after a puncture it will have more tread!!!! Naughty!!!!! is being polite. Be aware...
