LACE Housing has a longstanding association with SCS and the ICT services they offer. We had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with SCS for just over two years. Sadly despite getting off to a good start they seemed more interested in what they can sell us rather than assisting us with our needs. They also claim to have the best metrics /SLA in Lincolnshire but they aren't a dent on our current provider F1. I think they need to spend less time training their staff to be certified and worry more about their customer service skills! Would not recommend

SCS Technology Solutions provide a swift, proactive service and I would highly recommend them for any IT Support. They provide a high level of technical understanding, but present this in an easy-to-understand manner.
