Having failed to find the disc cutter size for my tile machine from B&Q I went to screwfix. Although I could not find the size I wanted on the store tablets, the serving staff were fantastic in identifying what I needed. At this point I'd like to big up Ben for his help and patience.The site is at the end of the B&M store and there is ample parking. Access off/on to Tritton Road can be a pain due to the traffic flow.Obviously you can order on line and have items delivered or held in-store. On this occasion I just went in on spec.Access is easy for the mobility impaired and those confined to a wheelchair. Able body help would not be needed.

Love this store. Sooo very helpful. Very competitive prices. In last week buying a Hozelock retractable wall mounted hose. Best price around. Jamie was particularly helpful.

Ordered 2 items for click and collect. Didn't need 1 item after all so didn't take it. Payed by PayPal. No refund even though they kept saying that they had. Proved to them they hadn't by showing PayPal transactions and bank statement but still nothing. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal (who said no refund had been raised) to get my money back. Shame because the products are good quality and competitively priced.

Click and collect working really well. I drive past this store on my way to site, and doing a click and collect adds about three minutes to the journey. Great service

After a shockingly unhelpful experience in B&Q last night, I visited Screw Fix and spoke with Rob the duty manager who was amazing and was able to find the part I needed, I can not thank you enough or recommend you higher for my experience thank you, if I could give 10 stars I would 5 doesn't seem enough

Having a cistern leak on a dual flush toilet, I had removed the offending washer and the flow itself. Having tried Wicks, B&Q, Buildbase and Plumb Parts being redirected to somewhere else, the staff at Screwfix tried numerous solutions. As the toilet is 15 years old and so out of production, the washer is unavailable. Eventually, they suggested a universal flow replacement may work. Sadly, it did not but their knowledge and assistance were first class.
