I?ve never met such an unhelpful person, with such a lack of customer service. Apparently ?look on the screen it?s like Argos? is an acceptable solution to our query. B&Q here we come

Having failed to find the disc cutter size for my tile machine from B&Q I went to screwfix. Although I could not find the size I wanted on the store tablets, the serving staff were fantastic in identifying what I needed. At this point I'd like to big up Ben for his help and patience.The site is at the end of the B&M store and there is ample parking. Access off/on to Tritton Road can be a pain due to the traffic flow.Obviously you can order on line and have items delivered or held in-store. On this occasion I just went in on spec.Access is easy for the mobility impaired and those confined to a wheelchair. Able body help would not be needed.

Love this store. Sooo very helpful. Very competitive prices. In last week buying a Hozelock retractable wall mounted hose. Best price around. Jamie was particularly helpful.
