not only are they CLOSING the Lincoln branch But I phoned at 1700hrs & waited 26 minutes including mobile preference, treating their staff with courtesy & kindness so I disconnected, tried Again 12minutes = No Improvement. I really despair how customers are a nuisance and the appalling state of Banking today. I do Not Want to do online banking. Sophisticated SCAMS are intolerable.
