One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I went in for a pastel pink feminine pixie, and left with a flourescent hot pink, masculine cut that was straight out of the eighties. The back has uneven lengths around the hairline, and the top isn't polished at all. Not only has the ends of my hair been utterly fried for having bleach left on them for over an hour, I later found out that I not one, but two burns on my scalp - one from bleach, and the other from the stylist putting scalding water on my head. I was in there for nearly four hours. I wish with all my heart I had just done the cut at home, as I would have made a better job of it and not wasted an excrutiating amount of money, that I am now having to spend again to fix what this place did.Services: Hairstyling

Lovly staff if you are white and have straight hair. They have no idea about other skin tones and "blackest of the black" hair. Poor customer service as well. In 2.5 hours, three women mentioned to me that there is no time for this or that. I took the appointmdnt a month ago. Not satisfied. This place is straight hair supremay. They never mentioned that the color wont show in the consultation. Waste of time and money if you have curls.

Chloe was lovely and friendly and suggested some ideas for my restyle from long and bleach ruined to short and manageable. She was very patient with me and once my do was finished she suggested some alternative ways of styIing it too. She cut my difficult hair beautifully and gave me advice on caring for my curly hair. I would definitely recommend Chloe and Salon 2. I'll be back for my first trim in 6 weeks.Service: Hairstyling
