This shop has so much potential, which sadly isnt reached. There never seems to be anyone of any experience there, just kids who don't really care! You have to go upstairs to collect parcels, which seems silly to me. Then when i tried the items on, half the dress was missing (under vest) i only give 2 stars for the staff member upstairs, who had had the smarts to allow me to use the changing room upstairs! Very disappointing experience

Pure customer service. Staff attitude could be way better. Did not smile at all. As someone said in comments below it?s just River Island not a Louis Vuitton.

Poor unprofessional management in the ladies department, in Lincoln store, make sure you always have a receipt for refunds, she will not give you a card with amount on to use back in the store, I contacted customer service and Kayla was fantastic she sent me a replacement receipt so I can return my unwanted gift !!

Had some really beautiful baby clothes and the staff were very helpful and patient. The store is laid out really well and everything is very easy to find
