Annabel at the check out was lovely and polite, very helpful and friendly.
The men?s section could do with an improvement. It?s about a fifth the size of the store and is tucked away in the top corner. Barely anything good in it.

A good store, but they r not getting that much good stuff in these days, plus they used to open at 10am on Sundays now it's 11am, I know they open at 10.30am but u still can not pay till 11am. All the ppl that's gone past when they wanted to go in cause they thought it was 10am opening, so they just walked off.

Shout out to all the staff working yesterday when I was in the queue and on the cusp of fainting due to the heat exhaustion and had essentially collapsed onto the floor - they were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Thank you?

Ah, Primark Lincoln?where the fabric is cheap, the ethics are cheaper, and the only thing thinner than the t-shirts is the veil of human dignity holding the place together.
A temple of fast fashion built on the backs of some of the most ruthlessly exploited workers in Bangladesh, it caters to Brits who?ll cheerfully trade conscience for a bargain. And oh, the staff?an ensemble cast of vacant stares and souls ground to dust by the ceaseless chime of the tills. But the pièce de résistance? The security guard.
Bless him, he?s about as sharp as a sock full of custard but twice as devoted. A man so dedicated to his post that he would sooner let a child marinate in their own urine than allow them access to a toilet?lest his benevolence be detected and mistaken for weakness. If he weren?t stationed at the door, he?d have an equally bright career as an actual brick.
A truly wretched place.

Arrived 7 minutes before closing time to literally get one small item which I tried to explained to the person at the door - holding the door shut. Like lady just let me in and I?ll be out in 2 minutes. Even before official closing. If you?re closing the door at 16:50 then you?re not open till 17 ?

I have a bit of a mixed experience with Primark. Sometimes I find great items at amazing prices, but other times the clothes just feel a bit "blah." It's definitely hit or miss, but overall, it's worth checking out for budget-friendly basics and occasional gems. Would recommend if you're willing to browse! ??

this place somehow manages to always overstimulate me. hundreds of cheap synthetic materials crammed in a tight space causing symptoms that feel similar to heat exhaustion. oh dont even get me started on the overly bright lights that can give one a headache (not me tho)
could even say this shop has its own micro climate

It gets an extra star because of the manger and how efficient she was but the girl on the tills called Anita was the rudest cashier I have ever had in my life and I work in customer service. Does not know how to speak to customers at all and just has an overall bad attitude

Horrible Staff And Manager Especially Will-The Manager And Cynthia-Customer Service Staff At Till At Primark Lincoln Was Very Extremely Rude To Me When I TriedTo Exchange Some Clothes, They Degraded Me In Front Of Other Customers And Staff!! I Had My Receipt And Never Used A Bad Language But Cynthia Was Smelling All Clothes Which I Was Trying To Exchange Saying That If They Smell Smoking-I Never Smoked In My Life!! I Felt So Extremely Angry Humiliated And Never Had Such A Bad Customer Service!!
