Staff just go into the back room without saying anything while youre stood in the queue, not even a "will be with you in a moment". The man infront of me was clearly a friend and the woman went out her way to get his parcel in the bag before the postman left but I was told mine wouldnt leave until the next day?

Not really sure why this post office has such bad reviews. There's one lady who works there who is always absolutely lovely, and I've never had any issues with anyone else. I think I had a confusion on opening times once a few years ago, but recent experiences have always been totally fine.

There is no point in this post office. Staff a rude, mardy, and give the impression they have better things to do. 5:20 pm and it's closed on Thursday. Not 5:30 like it should be. Pointless rushing to get there. My vote is close it down.

Very rude staff.I?ve been waiting in the ?wrong? area for ages.Members of staff kept walking past like I wasn?t there.Wasn?t until I asked someone to serve me I was told I was stood around for ages in the wrong place waiting to be served!Absolutely appalled!Ps- this is the shop and post office as a whole.If I had more time I would have asked to speak to the management

DPD website says opens at 6amPost office website says 6amI rock up at 7.50 to collect parcel and ask why its closed and the chap just grunts and shrugs.

Advertised as closes at 6pm when they actually close at 5:30pm. Changed my delivery from home to here as I wasn?t going to be in and knew I could get there before 6. Turn up at 5:45 to it being closed. I also paid for 48 hour delivery. Suggestion- change your opening hours.

Went in on 7.2.2022 ordinary parcel a book was quoted £3.75 took it to another £1.45 won't be using this shower ever again the most expensive postal service and miserable staff ever needs investigating

This is consistently the worst service I've ever received in a post office. There is always a massive queue due to lack of staff actually serving and the staff are miserable and rude. There is no rush to serve the queue and staff are often just pottering about at the back, chatting. If you have been kept waiting in a long queue, don't expect a courteous 'sorry for your wait', or any words at all for that matter, just miserable service.

Very rude staff and it?ll will make things 10 x worse for you if you?re a person of colour. I usually go during really quiet times and I?ll be on my own or maybe 1 or two other customers and still their staff is super rude. They?ll literally pull faces if you ask them any questions. Does the post office care about the level of service their staff provide. I mean the reviews here will sum everything up.

Useless. Wouldn't swap £40 of £10 notes for £5 notes. Said I needed a change card. I'm a business customer and this Post Office us the only one that refuses to give change. Lazy, unorganized staff. Quite happy to have 20 people in the queue whilst they pop there coat on to nip outside for a smoke.Never coming here again and I feel for the people that have to use this sub standard Post Office

Dreadful post office who seem to be incapable of answering the phone. In light of the numerous negative reviews left I feel it is now my duty to officially report this branch for neglect of duty to the customer.
