Terrible Service, told me to go to a different shop to get envelopes. I came to post office and not Nandos. Incompetent staff, don?t have normal supplies that a post office should have. Staff was rude in the process.

I visit this Post Office at least once a week, and Jane and Sharon are always so friendly and helpful, however complex or long my job is. If I was rating on them alone, they would have 5 stars, but I have to agree with other comments, for a city centre Post Office it is a pathetic size (compared to what there used to be in the old co-op), and I always go prepared for a queue, which does interfere with my working day. This is especially true at the beginning of term when they are dealing with hundreds of BRP's. If there were more counters open all the time, it would be a far better experience, and less stressful for the staff! I hope someone is reading these reviews who can do something about these issues.

decided not to deliver my parcel. said my address was inaccessible, despite it being accessible. I gave alternate options for delivery including my number and let them know I was available all day to come and collect from outside the apartment or the closed office. they knew the reception was closed on Sunday as it was indicated on my amazon package. when I tried to follow this up as I saw the vans leaving the complex from my window, I could not get through to anyone and tried to say it was inaccessible. I deliberately done nothing today as to collect this package which has been causing me stress on arriving, but the delivery driver deliberately did not bother to do anything to give me my package such as ring the doorbell on the apartment or call. I could not have made it any easier then to call a number for e to walk and get it from the car park, or for them to just go to a front door and ring a bell.

Today my friend and i went to this post office and lovely Jane was so helpful with a big package and lots of letters to send to the other side of the world, Australia. Jane was very patient and calm despite the queue, i really appreciate the effort the staff put into the quality of customer service. As i was waiting for my friend to package up her box we just got told to wait by the side and every single person that Jane and the other lady served were served with exceptional customer service and great care. The laughs that Jane bought to the small post office made it feel like such a community.Thankyou Jane

Bit apprehensive to visit here after seeing the reviews after finding the post office I used to use has closed down! However my experience was nothing like this, clean and bright shop, a small queue (5 mins) and very helpful and friendly staff. Very happy with my experience!

Charging £4.49 for 1 single solitary padded A4 envelope is truly outrageous profiteering. You can buy 4 identical in the Poundshop around the corner. Plus the constant passive aggressive upselling from normal post to ?Special Delivery? is especially annoying.

Jane was incredibly helpful with a big postal job required. More than accommodating to take the time to get this sorted despite queues of customers and making it work for everyone
