Rip off on dog toys where you put treats in as keep discontinuing lines shortly after buying them so you cannot get refill treats

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you. Prices are okay but not exactly cheap, although you can offset this with the free VIP app.

I paid £150 for a 5 minutes with a vet and an antibiotic injection for a cat. That's the same as I paid for a 30 minute consultation for myself with a consultant at a private hospital a couple of months ago. I have just paid another £105 for another 5 minutes with a vet and another antibiotic injection for the cat because the first one had little, if any, effect. Poor value for money and I won't be coming back.
