The ONLY courier company I have issues with. Completely ignore requests to deliver to a neighbour or safe place, attempt deliveries without ringing the doorbell, pot luck whether they leave a card or not, and they refuse to deliver to my local post office 50 metres away and now expect me to drive a 38 mile round trip into town traffic to collect.

Expect them to take your parcel in at the Post Office and thus agree to ship it. When they smash it with a force similar to driving into the package with a forklift, expect them to blame you for inadequately packaging it, even though they asked you what was in it at the post office and had no issue with the packaging there.Total disgrace of a company, will have to go to small claims court to make them pay up.

Dreadful service! They don't provide a delivery window so it's just pot luck as to whether you're home! I was out when they first attempted delivery (which was after 72 working hours not 48!). They left a card saying they would try again the next working day. To avoid missing the delivery again, I downloaded the app and entered three alternative delivery options (a safe place, a neighbour's address, and my nearest post office). The next day they attempted delivery again when I was out (having again given no delivery window!) and ignored all three of my alternative options. They left another card, this time saying that the item had been returned to the depot for collection (in 24 hours) but helpfully they did not leave the address of the depot. It will be six working days tomorrow since the item was shipped. Shocking and totally infuriating.

Drivers either can?t read/speak English, as a clear signed note on door saying I take responsibility for parcels being left wasn?t good enough, so an hour and half round trip after 2 ?attempted deliveries? to collect from depot, useless isn?t even the word??

I think t he name Parcel Farce was coined in the days of That's Life (with Esther Rantzen at the helm), the service hasn't improved.We live in a village NEAR Sleaford and PF wrote to us saying they couldn't find the address (its only 150 years old and hasn't moved)!What we found was a problem caused by the firm, the address given to the driver omitted the name of the village. When they wrote to us they used it exactly as shown by the Sender. No probs with their letter.Similar thing happened yesterday, parcel promised for that day failed to arrive - driver says couldn't find us. Message sent to phone, next at to take the contents with him.tempt said to be Tuesday, by which time the recipient will be 400 miles away and needed to take the contents with him.Mind you, Royal Mail have "lost" two valuable packages this year, tracking shows them at depots awaiting delivery, they were posted in January!

This company shouldn't be im business.Im sitting in my lounge waiting for my parcel i paid £12 for next day delivery, i get a msg on my phone telling me they tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home.No slip or anything, i was right bt the from door no one came and this is the 2nd time its happened with parcelforce, ive tried contacting so many times but you can get through to a living person is all machines.If this is the respect you giving to the people who are supporting your rubbish service you don't deserve to be in business at all

Rubbish, they sent my sent parcel to Manchester depot instead of Lincoln, Then next day delivery driver didn't even turn up or leave a card. Now got to go to depot and collect- if its there. I resent having to put one star.

Pretty poor, sadly they aren't alone in this. DPD are the only delivery company that are consistently reliable in my experience.Parcel farce have - lost my parcelParcel farce have - Not delivered a parcel 3 days in a row until I finally got hold of a depot and told them what was happening then a very disgruntled driver arrived who had clearly been refusing the delivery that was at the end of his day and out of the way home.Parcel farce have - Incorrectly held an untaxed item then failed to deliver which took an 80 mile round trip to collect from depot then a form to hmrc to reclaim Incorrectly charged vat and a 3 week wait to get the money back I had to pay parcel farce.Parcel farce have - made it impossible to speak to anyone, no ones answers at the depot anymore.Parcel farce have - sent my Toolstation order to the wrong depot then all over the country holding up the job.Last is the most recent, they have made deliveries successfully but too many errors for one company. Surviving on market presence and existing infrastructure rather than excelling in their field.

Very bad service, I was waiting for an important international parcel at home at the specified time window and saw the delivery van doing other deliveries on my street, but they didn't even stop at my address and left no card, so I wasn't able to book a collection or reschedule a delivery online. Another problem is that it seems impossible to talk to a real human being using your phone number. I'm not using this company ever again.

Was left a card, and email, advising to collect from Post Office. Went to do so but couldn't since driver hadn't taken the parcel to the Post Office. Arranged redelivery and commented that I have a parcel drop-box should I not be in. Received voicemail (when they call they do so from withheld numbers) telling me that's not possible. Pfft! Pathetic. Need reminding that I paid for the items in the parcel and it's not for them to refuse delivery. And if their driver wants to leave a card saying to collect from the Post Office, perhaps the muppet should then leave the parcel at the Post Office so it can be collected. I'm annoyed because they're wasting my time with their bull and poor service.No doubt Mick from PFW will be along shortly to offer his insincere apologies for the inconvenience. Hey, Mick, how's about you sort out the service instead of apologising for it.

Awful. They failed to tell me there was a parcel from Australia in their local depot then they returned it to Australia because I hadn't paid charges I was unaware of. Not the first time I've had major problems with them.
