Best pizza we have in England by a country mile, delicious every time, bit pricey but make sure to use one of their deals and it works out ok, so good I had 2 x XXL pizzas to myself ?

Ordered the wheat free ham and mushroom pizza, plus normal types for others in family for collection. Waited several minutes in the shop for the assistants to finish their conversation. However she did bring the dips out to the car as I had a few boxes to collect. Other pizzas seemed ok but mine was dry and burnt in places, hardly any toppings - won't be ordering again

Ordered 6.45pm, got to 7.45 and we still hadn?t received it so we called them they said it?ll be there soon. 8.20pm still no food, gave them another call they said it had already been delivered, we assured them we have received no pizza and discovered they delivered a few doors down instead, didn?t knock just left it by the garden gate. They offered us an extra pizza and told us to go grab the now cold pizza from our neighbours. When we asked for a refund they refused as they said they get a lot of customers making this up and offered to deliver the order again to the correct house. The service from this place was absolutely atrocious, to be told we could be lying and to just go a grab the cold pizza from our neighbour. We will never be ordering from here again so disappointed.

Pizza came congealed and cold. Driver had already gone by the time we opened it(obviously). I didn't bother ringing the restaurant because the pizza was already late and this would have added an hour.Complained to head office and because I didn't complain at the time to the restaurant and didn't take photos no refund or even a small voucher. I'm a regular customer and this is the first time I've complained. You've just lost a customer.

Just completely tasteless, tried to give it once last try after being disappointed 3 years ago and pizza is still totally crash , for a company going down hill so much I don?t get why they?re so tight not putting more icing on their deserts

Perfect pizza every time, never had any issues, staff are really helpful and always go the extra mile. Wouldn?t order from anywhere else.Collected today, but usually order for delivery and always arrives promptly.

I have been up all night with food poisoning after ordering a pepperoni & sausage pizza from papa John's lincoln, this is the kind of food poisoning where I made a comment about the dough being really chewwy and since have thrown up 12 times last night, please be careful ordering from here as I didn't check the reviews and there is a lot of 1 star reviews about the poor staff quality. From a first hand experience I will never be ordering from this place again

Delivered after over a hour. Food not warm. The changes made to the pizza was ignored and given the wrong drink. Called the shop and a guy answered whose English was awful.
