Excellent customer service and superb preparation and packing of goods purchased at a recent BBC Auction. Items were of high value (£80k+ and quite fragile due to age). Everything was packed individually and then crated for safe shipment to the US. John kept me apprised every step of the way and was kind and courteous. A true pleasure to deal with. Will work with them again! A++

Aneel was so helpful, they couriered something across the city for me, I don't think that's what pack and send even do usually, but helped out because I'm housebound and disabled. Cannot recommend them enough, very cheap, friendly and accesable, also very good at social distancing.

Perfect and professional throughout. Courteous, accommodating, and customer focused staff at Lincoln (John, Aneel and someone else). I would like to shout out a very big thank you to everyone involved in this job request. From carefully colecting the grandfather clock to delivery to its new home in Italy. Accessories and inside workings were packaged and bubble-wrapped in a separate box. The clock was crated and packing covered the whole clock and extra packaging around the clock face and glass. Delivery was so quick. Customs contacted the new recipient and as all documentation was in order prior to leaving the country everything went smoothly. I would certainly use your company again if I ever have the need to send items of value, or have items packaged. You certainly know what is required to do a perfect job. 5 star service, you should all be proud to know you have made alot of people happy.

I couldn't be happier with my experience of using Pack & Send, Lincoln. I needed a very specific service involving sending 12 originals paintings to NY for an art fair. I didn't have a clue about customs/taxes or how it would all work. The paintings needed to arrive on a set day in a small time slot. John from pack & send did a lot of research to find me the best and cheapest way to do this. He gave me multiple options and ways to do it. Everything went to plan and I'll certainly be using them again for the next fair.

I found Pack & Send to be extremely helpful and professional. We were shipping an old radio from the Uk to Ireland and it got held up on the Irish side by a complication with how to pay the duty tax. Pack&Send sorted it out within a couple of days, even though the issue had nothing to do with them! Now that's SERVICE. Couldn't recommend them more!

I contacted a number of delivery services about sending a delicate package abroad - Pack & Send were the only ones to reply - and very quickly at that!The estimate was very clear on what was included ( and what wasn't).Due to a change in circumstances my client no longer requires the service, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others & will definitely use them again in the future!

Pack & Send were SO HELPFUL in what was a complicated to me move. We were shipping a few boxes of our personal belongings from Nottingham to Texas. They were going to arrive before we did at our new apartment complex, while we were elsewhere in the US, and this is all during the time of Covid-19. Needless to say, I was a bit anxious about the process. John and others were kind, patient, and reassured me this would all work out fine. They ensured I filled out all the forms the right way to ensure our leasing agent could receive our boxes on our behalf. Their office was extremely timely in responding to my questions, including within a 15 minute window required by a security code! They also made sure we got a better shipping rate by sending our boxes a few days earlier. From the contactless collection to the final delivery at our new apartment, Pack & Send Lincoln were wonderful all the way. Would recommend for any moves, large or small.

This was my first time using Pack & Send services, and I am utterly satisfied with their service. I was alerted to this company by an auction house, and have been very impressed by their service. They collected a 45 year old, very delicate VCR, packed it extremely well and arranged courier transport to my premises, where it arrived safely. I can fully recommend this company.
