The worst shoes I have bought in my life. I had bought a pair of flat shoes which weren't that cheap (60 pounds). They injured my feet when I first wore them, although I was wearing tights and used compeed. I said to myself that it is natural since they are new, and I tried to wear them more times, each time using tights and compeed, but the leather was of so poor quality and hard that the shoes even removed compeed or hansaplast. I wore them at least 15 times, at which point I realised that I would create problems to my feet. I went to the store and I asked for my money back, only to hear that this was not possible because I had worn them. I donated them to a clothes bank, just in case someone could wear them. It is really unacceptable to offer shoes of that low quality.

I'd give zero if I could. February- I ordered some shoes online for collection in store, when the email came saying the shoes were ready I went to collect them but they couldn't be found...the store raised it with head office customer service and since then I have been trying to get this resolved (refund or supply the shoes). They've prolonged the process and are now saying that due to the length of time passed I have to take it up with my bank. Office know that they have not supplied me with the shoes I purchased but yet are refusing to refund me. I have asked to lodge a formal complaint and they are ignoring that too - I try to not do negative reviews but am left with no choice on this one. Staff in store great and done what they can, it is the head office customer service that are appalling.

The shop is nice. I usually do my shopping for snerkes. Unfortunately not the sympathy. Store employees often seem to be in a hurry. They are not pleasant. At the moment only two attendants were nice to me.

Not sure how this shop makes any money at least 10 times this year I?ve visited and asked to try a size 8 or 9 in various trainers only to always be told they have none or they only have size 4. I am not a dwarf.
