Me and my partner had bought a new house with an odd shaped living room so we?re looking for the perfect corner sofa and two seater. We had already been to other sofa stores; dfs, furniture village, scs etc but OFL had the perfect sofa for us. We don?t like pushy sales people, we like ones that simply say ?hello, if you need any help please just come and ask.? We had Richard the sales manager who was an awesome man! He was down to earth and very honest with us. He also went above and beyond answering my million questions and even advised me on which colour to go with the flooring we had put in. Delivery was set for the week after and we were updated all the time. Delivery day came and we were previously given a time slot of between 9.30am and 12.00noon. Had a message on the morning saying they would be here within 40 minutes which was roughly 9.45am. They turned up on time. I had Chris and Dunc deliver my sofa and they were lovely. Very professional and courteous. They unpacked it all and put them exactly where I wanted them and even put my cushions on for me decoratively. They were clean and tidy and very careful with my furniture. They had special foot sleeves they put on when coming into the house. I have given 5stars due to the whole process from start to finish. Oh and got my furniture at an amazing price! Thank you so much all of you. We will definitely be coming back for more furniture in the future. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love Sarah and Andy ??

Tom was good. Advice but no pressure. He got a good balance. Nice furniture and reasonable prices so definitely worth a visit.

Good range of sofas, no pressured sales people. Thank you to James for his very professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. We've had sofas before from OFL and were impressed with those. Would recommend.

Depends what you're looking for. I wanted high quality furniture that will last for 10 years+ if that's what you want this is the place for you. If you're after cheap, stop gap furniture, this probably isnt the place to go. Staff were extremely helpful and although there is normally a couple of weeks delay before delivery, at least I know it's getting made from scratch, just for me. Couldn't fault the store or experience. 5 starts all the way.

Terrible delivery team unhelpful, obnoxious, from the moment of arriving. Put the sofa in myself and claimed back delivery charge from customer services. Shop local in future and support your independent retailers.

Ordered 2 sofas from Lincoln store on the 4oct 2022 asked about Christmas delivery and was promised it only would take 5-6 weeks so paying in full with cash (close to £3000) got my delivery date for 8/11/22 one week ago got a email saying date changed till 4/1/23 as there not in the country till after Christmas due to covid , but if you ask in the store still saying fast delivery before Christmas very poor service and have today cancelled my order, don?t get anything from this company
