A BIG thank you to Phillipa and her colleague today for sorting out both mine and my husband's mobiles after a change of tariff caused us all sorts of problems. Suffice it to say we won't try e sim's again. Thanks for your excellent service, we're just glad they're are still O2 shops to go to for help ?.

?Computer says no? not bothered about helping people beyond what what is right in front of them. Came to collect a phone admittedly not long before they closed but ?the till was off? and beyond that they weren?t interested. Probably go elsewhere in the future

Went for a look in here yesterday.
We specifically discussed the ability to buy cheaper O2 contracts via uSwitch, Compare the Market etc than directly from O2.
The young woman we spoke to told us a load of lies rather than just admitting the truth.
I'm not sure how stupid she thought we were, or the customers generally are, but I certainly wouldn't trust the staff here to provide accurate and honest advice.

A phenomenal 5* experience, led by Pam who is truly a huge credit to the store and the business.
I popped into O2 for an O2 Switch Up whilst I was on a short holiday in Lincoln; I've had bad experiences in my local store, and figured whilst I was there, I might as well pop in and see if they could help. I didn't hold much hope, but I was blown away.
After popping into the store which was very busy, I was invited to be entered into a queue and notified by text when they were free to see me. My partner and I made the decision to go for a cup of tea, and unfortunately we were too slow to return so I lost my slot (understandably!) so we put ourselves back in the queue and decided to just wait in store. Pam very kindly offered us both a seat and dealt with the till customers whilst her colleague dealt with the more complex queries.
After about 10 - 15 minutes the manager joined the floor and Pam was able to serve me with my query. I cannot put into words just how fantastic and delightful she was. Not only was she friendly, enthusiastic and approachable, she was well-versed in the products, O2 standards and her responsibilities as part of a responsible business.
She inspected my phone, signed it off and arranged for me to Switch Up all within about 30 minutes (which is extraordinary considering how much detail there is in renewing the contracts each time). The whole time she made sure I understand the options available to me, additional products I could purchase (like insurance, a case, etc.) and was able to impartially advise me when I prompted questions about such things as the durability of Fold phones, availability of Virgin Media's broadband at our address (coming soon) and more.
I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves, as she's a credit to the company. Thank you, Pam. You were absolutely fantastic. I love my new phone.

Always great service, friendly and helpful staff saw me as quickly as they could and got my pre-order setup and ready for delivery quickly. Always top-notch customer service with O2.

I must have gone into a different shop to other people. I found Josh to be so helpful and this was about help and not sales. Lots of help for a silver surfer with a phone beyond his capabilities!

Unfortunately, I have had cause to spend a considerable amount of time dealing with O2 recently, avoid this store if you think you will get any "help" it is strictly a sales and upgrade centre, which they also get wrong. Staff are extremely defensive and visibly can't be bothered.
Save yourself the hassle, just call O2 or do it on the website.

We visited the o2 shop on 28th April to upgrade our phones, Josh who dealt with our contracts could not have been more helpful, his knowledge and professional customer care is an asset to the o2 shop which made the whole experience effortless
