Terrible experience. I needed to swap to an esim the gentlemen on the phone at the Lincoln waterside store told me no problem pop into store, when I got there no one knew what an esim was then I got told I didn?t have the correct account, this excuse then changed to them saying they didn?t have the latest software as O2 were going through a migration change with there system, and inbetween this they switched off my physical sim using the incorrect process, leaving me with no phone. I was then told to phone o2 as an esim couldn?t be setup in store, I called whilst still in the shop and the lady on the phone had no idea what they shop assistants were talking about regarding systems changing and there in shop advice and after a few tech questions with shop assistant Josh whilst who became all defensive, I pointed out that they clearly have training issues regarding future products which they clearly are misadvising customers and wasting there time inviting them into the Lincoln store, this then become a negative question for the shop manager Pamela who could not take the professional criticism and completely lost it shouting for ?calm?!! She then left the shop floor whilst I was still on the phone to o2 customer service for me to then be sworn at by shop assistant Josh!!! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour which has resulted in me swapping to EE.Note: Train your staff in the products you sell and teach them how to engage with the public correctly and professionally.

Visited about a month ago with a complicated shared contract situation. I needed to add an extra line to my contract but for both family members to benefit separately from the Volt benefits.I was seen to immediately upon entering the shop and Josh listened carefully to all the details and came up with the best and cheapest solution.I returned the following week with my elderly mother to set up her new O2 line onto my account and Josh looked after us every step of the way. Very knowledgable and even dealt with obtaining the PAC code from Vodafone to switch her line over and completed all the contract and configuration info on our phones. He patiently explained all the next steps and timelines and we were very well looked after.Highly recommend, really excellent customer service, thank you Josh!
