A BIG thank you to Phillipa and her colleague today for sorting out both mine and my husband's mobiles after a change of tariff caused us all sorts of problems. Suffice it to say we won't try e sim's again. Thanks for your excellent service, we're just glad they're are still O2 shops to go to for help ?.

“Computer says no” not bothered about helping people beyond what what is right in front of them. Came to collect a phone admittedly not long before they closed but ‘the till was off’ and beyond that they weren’t interested. Probably go elsewhere in the future
