Young girls working there tonight was clueless. Couldn't find my order then huffed when she had to ring customer care as I wanted a refund. Like it was my fault. After 30minutes of waiting around I walked out non the wiser.

The way the shop is laid out gives you a very nice shopping experience. The well displayed stock is varied and there's lots of choice. Only draw back is parking shared with several other stores. It's a little cramped and you can sometimes struggle to find a space. Weekdays ate better.

Nice store clean and well laid out. I'm a fan of the home section rather than the clothes these days. The staff are lovely and friendly always willing to help

Excellent range of modern, fashionable clothing. However, deducted two stars due to one female member of staff who had a rather abrasive attitude to the customer. For example, she retorted to myself, "Was that a yes". Shouting at customers in cue,"Who's next?".Some staff training in order perhaps ? If this was the manager then I expect nothing will be done Just hope regional management pick this up and take action. Being rude and arrogant does not add to the customer experience.

Nice Next store in Lincoln. Easy parking with plenty of spaces in retail park. Nice store, quite large with good selection of items across Women, Men, Children and Home.
