10/10. Needed a new Tux jacket. Wanted to try on blue and black colours. Ordered to collect in store. Tried them on. Handed back those that didn?t fit. Kept one. So quick. So easy. Probably the best shopping experience I?ve had in years. Great staff. Great shop. Picked up some cushions on impulse, great price.
Thanks Next. And thanks to the staff at 630pm on a Saturday evening who were super nice and mega professional after what must be a long day.

Iv not been here in the last 4 weeks I?m a next card holder and usually shop for my regular holidays. The customer service was terrible from 2 of the shop floor staff. The attitudes was shocking, they took 3 shirts that was the last size away from me within 1 minute and hung them back up. Said I wasn?t able to hang them up while I tried one top on. Shirts I was buying for my son??? I told her they were mine I wanted them and she said she?d hang them in the changing room, because she didn?t listen she hung them back on the shop rail, with attitude!
The changing rooms have changed and came in and told us the new policy nothing saying it?s changed on the wall as it must be very recent but ok!
Iv never seen these staff before and there was a rude shop worker girl who clapped her hands at me dark straight hair on the till and a older women just attitudes like thery was causing problems for no reason or to annoying for fun. Just before I wanted to complain a other woman was already complaining about the attitude she had from one of the same older lady?s!
What is going on at this place, it?s only next so it?s not as if you cant shop anywhere else for the same items!
First time iv experienced this bad attitude and lack of respect from a shop assistant! Terrible!
I think being respectful to customers and speaking with manners is a basic requirement, 2 younger shop assistant girls blonde hair in the kids clothing area very nice and helpful though!
Get rid of the others or you?ll have customers not coming back and you need the custom this day and age!

I love next ,i order from them all the time and visited multiple stores around uk. Well last week i visited the store in Lincoln ,the shop is nice and clean as expected but the people who work there ... All off them very unpleasant,angry ,moody,just way to much attitude,wont go there again ,get yourself a proper nice staff please

I purchased several items after trying on. When i wore them for the first time 2 had holes in (from the removal of the security tags) i hadn't kept the receipt as knew they fitted. When i emailed next they basically said i needed a receipt. Wish the option was available to have it emailed. Also the staff really put me off- this older lady processed my purchases, barely said to words then waited for me to pay before she took the tags off etc, its was such an odd experience, like i cba to do anything til i know you can pay! Bad experience! Only upside is this is one off the better next with more choice
