Not gone on holiday yet but initial impressions of the company are great. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Gave us the confidence to book our first holiday abroad since Covid.We are elderly couple and staff contacted hotel to ensure we have walk in shower. Loads of advice. I can't recommend this place highly enough, as a small local agency they really take the extra time to find out what you expect/want from your holiday. Suzanne is amazing and although they may be busy at times, some things in life are worth waiting for.
