Poor I dont understand why I come here with my partner we get asked to go online do we do online banking we told them the staff in the bank and on the phone that we do not go online my partner is severely disabled and he doesnt understand or know how to do things like that I feel pushed by them to go online and do online banking not everyone knows how to do that. Also ad well had to wait over 25 mins to take money out of the account last week it was my partner money and yet he had to get written permission because it was over £1000 I find absolutely redcious it's never like that in other banks nor do I get pestered to go online. I am not happy with natwest at all. I find them very persistent with you going online and doing online banking which I dont like

You blocked my account without let me know about this, I could not pay for my food!!! You left me without money! 5 day pass and still no contact from you! This bank is SCAM!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

Being a wheelchair user the bank is very accessible with a lift to get you into the bank. The staff are always very approachable and helpful if you have any difficulties operating while in the bank. Topmarks

Why can't the score be zero? Dreadful, dreadful bank. My mother has banked here for 60+ years, and there is no customer service that recognises her particular needs . Appalling. Don't touch with a bargepole.

My husband and I have been customers with NatWest for over 9 years and have always have a brilliant experience with the bank. We recently went into the NatWest bank on the High Street in Lincoln and had a consultation with Ryan Lowbridge. He was absolutely fantastic, and helped us to set up life insurance, a new business account for my husband, change our address and advise us on setting up accounts for our children all in the same appointment. He was extremely helpful, patient and friendly and we were really happy with the service. We hadn't made an appointment previously but got seen straight away and all of the staff were really helpful. We have since been sent a lovely gift from Ryan and the team at NatWest which was so kind and thoughtful! Thank you for such a brilliant experience with your bank, we will be lifelong customers.

No longer do counter service on a Saturday so couldn't withdraw the car to buy a second hand car. Slightly frustrating. All gearing up for the closing down of banks. Would have thought the staff who worked there would be more concerned at their jobs being on the line.

Hideous customer service! Never been questioned before over insignificant matters. I work in the industry so knew the process, however the women capable of making me feel this had the audacity to question my position. Ignorant!
