Sophie and Martin sorted our groomsmen party out perfectly. They gave useful and honest advice with the fitting and were extra helpful for the members of our party that required a bit of extra support. All the suits arrived correctly, as ordered. Some of us had changed size in between fittings and they were able to sort us out with more appropriate trousers before the big day. Thanks again!

Terrible experience trying to do wedding hire from here. Wanted a group of groomsmen in all matching suits. Moss Bros stores managed to order both wrong shirts and wrong sizes so party would have been not matching and not wearing the right size. Couldn?t garuntee right sizes would be available even for party members who went to be measured 60 days before the event. One member of the party went in and the assistant tried to convince them that a jacket fit them, when challenged that it was huge for that size. It took the party member, not the shop assistant to realise it was on a wrong hanger. Assistant couldn?t be bothered to check or get correct size. When we asked to cancel a mere 7 days after we did a deposit with them and they tried to keep 25%, which we only got back after showing the credit card company the evidence of our experience. Caused us tremendous stress. AVOID!

Great customer service when me and my boyfriend went in to the shop today. Got everything we needed and they had plenty of options. The staff member who helped us was knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Amazing and friendly service we didn?t have an appointment and just walked in to try and get a few of the suits sorted for my mates wedding, we only had to wait around 15 minutes and we was all getting sized up, we was in and out within an hour with 3 people sized and 3 suits ordered, the woman serving us even gave us some suggestions for drinking around Lincon as it was our first time visiting, would definitely recommend

Super Service, the employee immediately knew that I'm not a suit person and made the choice easy and quick for me. Everything was adjusted to fit me and send per mail after a couple of days. Would visit again for any similar shopping.
