1 star as couldn't give zero!
Absolutely terrible! No trays, no plates for cakes, every spare table is covered in dirty trays, poor selection of cakes, staff are rude to put it nicely! The guy who served me was about as far from as an absolute pleasure as could be, not a smile in sight from any staff! Got my son some food but couldn't even get myself any as one person only has so many arms to carry things!!

So many times now I?ve shopped here, seen a promotion on the shelves only for the offer not to be recognised at the till.
Ok, so once you can forgive but it?s now well over a dozen times over the years that the promotional price isn?t the price they charge at the till.
So, ALWAYS check your receipt.
