The quality of service just gets worse every year. Whenever you use the drive through you just get left waiting ages in the carpark for them to bring your food out. It?s not right all the Deliveroo orders get prioritised over the customer in the drive through and in the restaurant. It seems McDonalds have taken on more than they can handle it?s supposed to be FAST FOOD!

Good food, especially for the Mcdonalds we went to. Unfortunately, I give the service 4 stars because they gave us the wrong cheeseburgers. Fortunately Mum caught the error before I could eat it, but staff were very calm and friendly about the situation.
The Mcflurry didn't melt after 5 minutes which was also an added bonus. We al got the 5 quid meal deal which was also a very good price for what you get.
Good Restaurant Branch.

It seems the manager has decided to remove table service even though it is still offered on the screens. When I asked why this was the crew member said they had no numbers. Antother crew member told me she had lied to me and the numbers were in the office and the holders removed as the manager didn't want them. This ammounts to a second class service at this store as all the others still offer this service. If you would like to explaine

Horrible service. Had to wait in the car park for 15 mins for the drive through order. Not even a sorry for the wait just thrusted through the window and waddled back indoors

This used to be the best UK McDonald's by far on all counts especially the coffee. I noticed that the coffee machine was different to other locations and produced a coffee comparable to Greggs. However, since COVID this place has become mediocre by comparison. Coffee is like most other sites, dull, food slow and just warm. It did go through a period where the area near the milkshake machines smelled of vomit for weeks suggesting they weren't being cleaned as often as they should, this has been fixed. Overall its barely okay but reflects the noticeable drop in McDonald's quality over the last couple of years found nationally.
Just like most other McDonald's nationally they are struggling to fulfill delivery and drive-through orders at the expense of the counter.
Mind you this is not as bad as Lincoln Carlton Centre or Louth McDonald's!

Parking: Please remove the chips from next to the window and they might be hot and not stone cold..
Wheelchair accessibility: It's ok.. you have just got to watch out for bad drivers and speeding idiots eating why texting in the car park....

Lincoln McDonald's on the retail park area is great. Fast service, friendly staff and very clean.
