Went to the store on my birthday for a spending spree, the automatic doors on entering closed on me hurting my leg and right shoulder. Staff were clearly monitoring the doors and rushed to prise them open. Was expecting a follow up call to see how I was due to apparent protocol but had nothing. No call, not interested clearly realised i wasn't there to sue them so didn't bother.
Don't make promises you can't keep.
Will shop online now, goodbye high street shop.

I went to lincoln High Street yesterday to get bra measurements becouse I'm menopausal and in alot of pain I did not know you had to make appointment but the lady could see I was desperate and Maulden time for me emotional and needed thumis she got me fitted nicely thank you to that lady I wish I got her name . It's meant more to me than you will ever know thank you

Took a lady here that I support, came to buy her some new summer clothes, and what a selection. M and S is all about quality and it certainly lived up to its name. Purchased quite a number of items for the lady. Popped upstairs in the lift to get her some lunch. Toilets available although a very long queue. Wheelchair friendly.

Was shopping here on the 10 April 2025. One female swore at me when I didn't know her and I didn't even say anything to her.
She was an ugly face brunette with glasses on. Her blonde friend was taking the mess out of me and laughing at me. They were both university students. I didn't complain about them because I was in rush shopping here.

There's no wonder everyone shops online now. Went in for bras to find there's now such a limited stock of larger cup sizes I didn't find even 1 suitable!
I asked for help, the lady said she couldn't as she had a fitting booked in, fair enough.... Then I could hear her helping out everyone else in there at the same time!
To top it off she called me rude under her breath when she asked me to do them all back up on the hangers, I said no ?????
Online it is from now on. Watch another shop dissappear off the high street ?

Went for a bra fitting. The member of staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Managed to get what i needed. Would highly recommend! Great service

High street lincoln m&s . Manager was very rude to me because I asked why he failed to put notices up on the door saying that the shop on a particular Sunday won't open till 9.45. He said 3 times that he hates people like me ( customer ) as he walked away . So I told him what a good manager he is
I did complain to their customer support they apparently sorted it out but failed to mention what their manager had said to a customer ?. Absolutely disgusting and he shouldn't be a manager if he isn't approachable obviously he has problems .
