You feel this hairdressers gives you a hug from the moment you walk in. Everyone without exception is polite and you are treated with courtesy. My hairdresser is Matt and he doesn't take it for granted that I want the same hair style each time ( although I always do! ) but he discusses my requirements with me each time.
