Bank with them for years, bank in high street complete waste of time , no one who could help with money transfer without going online in store Waited for an hour to find the out as every person was non English speaking in front and needed help , which took more time in a hour break, eventually the assistance failed to help in bank or to sort or help. Moved money eventually and now use Monzo which I can do online without all the drama

Don't have your money with Lloyd's of you get scammed you want get your money back.
My niece got her money stolen made a complaint and the bank refused to pay it back .
She as been treated very bad manager refused to speak with her to try to help.Lloyds bank in Leicester.

Not a drive-thru has it is in the middle of town and there is no parking in town but there are car parks to use so you have to walk to the bank

The bank of lloyds has very strange role and also lincoln brach of high street staff is not helping the have to much attitude old ladies are ok but other are has attitude. On web site not mention about documents that which is I have to pick and then they reject approximately 5 time. They waste my lot of time. Am not happy with service of high street lloyds bank. Know I will choose another bank.

Staff is not aware of currency account transaction. The currency account transactions can be done only by branch manager and manager does not know how to do that. She asked how to over the phone every single time. A Simple foreign currency transfer takes 1.30-2 hours in this branch! Come on we are in 2021.They are just wasting customers? time...
