I Work for a local estate agent in Scunthorpe, and Heather from LAT contacted me to see if we could help one of her clients with finding a property to rent, we had a suitable property so we arranged a viewing. Heather was really professional but still friendly and it was clear she had a great relationship with her client! Heather kept in touch with updates and got information to me as quickly as she could, Heather then went on annual leave but left me details for Debbie who i could contact in her absence as well as making sure she'd done everything she could! Debbie has also been amazing, she has gone above and beyond her role to help us get all the information we need and liaising with the client to make the move go as smoothly as it can.Nothing at all has been too much trouble for them, and they really do go that extra mile for the people that they work with. I really admire the work that the charity does and absolutely everyone we've been in contact with has been beyond professional but absolutely lovely! It will be an absolute pleasure to assist them in finding properties for more of their clients in the future and i am really really grateful for all of the hard work and effort they have put in on this occasion.
