Such a wonderful shopping experience. I only discovered Lakeland in the past year and have popped in a few times. It's always a pleasant experience, lots to look at, and the staff don't hassle you whilst you shop but are always there to help you if you need. Just after Christmas, me and my partner decided to come into town to get a tabletop blender and they had great sales. The staff were amazing and really helpful, and unfortunately we had a little issue with it after purchase a couple of weeks later. We spoke to customer service on the phone who were so helpful, and took it back to store for a replacement under the three year warranty. Such an amazing experience and will definitely return in the future ?

All the Lakeland stores have excellent staff very friendly. And helpful. Love shopping in there .plenty of choice as well .have been to the distribution store at Windermere staff were the same there as well. Lovely coffee place .

Lakeland Lincoln phoned to reserve a water filter jug and filters, the lady was extremely helpful and when we collected the items gave us excellent advice and help. First class service.

Great place to shop for those hard to get cooking kit. Also (the reason for my visit) work with Sodastream to part exchange gas canisters.Staff are always fantastically helpful, polite and knowledgeable.It's worth getting one of their loyalty cards as it also doubles as a charity donation card.Situated at the end of the main Lincoln Carpark in the Corn Hill area the shop is on the ground floor.Access for the mobility impaired or those confined to wheelchairs without able body help is excellent. In addition displays are well spaced and generally only a little taller than a sitting person. Acceptable to relatively large wheelchairs.

I was thrilled to find your slow cooker which could be heated on the hob rather than a crockpot. My very old one was round which helped brown more items and was actually a double handed pan which did not skitter round the hob when stirring.The slow cooker itself is great, but I long for my old one.
