Never really make it to a betting shop for anything other than the Grand National. When that particular festival is on the staff are very friendly and informative about how you place your bets. General staff attitude is good here.

Very bad customer service at the hands of one member in particular. JEAN-PAUL. This young man is a genuinely scary individual. Cant work out if he fancies me or just enjoys being rude. I wish he would just get over him self and pull my pigtails already.
