Visited Kwik-Fit today and received excellent service. My car was booked for 9am and the team were very punctual in putting on my new tyre. Impressively, the technician came to me to say that the tyre didn?t need changing at this moment in time and went through the tread measurements. In the end, because of the mileage I do, asked them to still go ahead.
Courtesy from start to finish, excellent service and value as well.

Excellent service. We found we'd got a puncture, rang Kwik Fit, they said bring the car for them to check. New tyre fitted within 2 hours. Get service at short notice.

I am very happy with the service I received from KwikFit in Lincoln.
Not only were the staff professional throughout, I was also given honest feedback on the nature of the work required and excellent price options.
The email sent with a full report was also a nice touch.

Fantastic service rang up with a puncture. Got booked in for 1pm . Inspected and repaired within 30 minutes . All the staff are lovely reception bloke very polite . Amazing local service no hard selling tactics

Diabolical service, I'm a Motability user they couldn't or wouldn't help me.
I went to the Newark Road branch who were the polar opposite, extremely efficient super accommodating and even though they were packed out still got me in quickly. Do Yourself a Favour Go To Newark Road, much better.

Shocking service from this Kwiki fit garage brought my truck down to them on a Saturday to change 4 tyres they booked me in for the Sunday only to wait 1and half hours on the Sunday for them to say they couldn?t do the fitting never even phoned me to say they couldn?t fit them
But went to Halfords who did a fantastic job and were cheaper

They were brilliant and were stocked for a quick repair back to Scarborough. F1 speed repair crew in and out within 20 minutes, they really helped us out even though it was close to closing time and we couldn?t be more grateful !!
