I had two pairs of curtains altered by Johnsons - one pair was shortened, the other pair required dividing to make two pairs of smaller curtains from the one pair. If I could give this company a 0 star then I would. My wedding dress was sent off and cleaned by them last November, unfortunately my wedding dress never made it back to me. A year on and I still havent got my wedding dress or any resolvement. I have been trying for a year to resolve this with the company, to start off... read full comment

They didn’t get the grass stains out my sons suit- I was gold the material had been scuffed.Got it all out at home with vinegar and a nail brush…. Waste of £18.00.
