Absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble dawn was always so welcoming friendly and goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Popped in to Imp Travel to book our family holiday and spoke to an older lady with glasses, she wasn't very inviting at the beginning but we persevered and tried to ask questions...she didn't seem to know a great deal and said she wasn't allowed to tell us certain things because things change she said...but as soon as she found out we were not vaccinated her behaviour changed and she didn't want to know and wouldn't really help us so we went elsewhere and spent £6000 on a holiday with another travel agent who couldn't be more helpful regardless of vaccine status.
