Communication on point. Cannot fault the guys at hss hire always there if you need a hand or advice on what tools you?ll need to get the job done. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back in the near future

Awful, unhelpful, painful place. Make it difficult to buy anything in store because they don?t have the right system for it. Tell you to buy over the phone and take more sandpaper than you need but it?s ok - bring back what you don?t use! Take it back and they won?t help unless you have a piece of paper nobody told you to keep. Now I have £50 of sandpaper I don?t need.SHAMBLES! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Good staff but their change of procedures now prevents walking in to hire what you need, meaning you have to go online and book and collect from a depot, not great to be honest...
