He was punctual, polite, friendly, had great design ideas and offered helpful advice all the way through the project. Nothing was too much effort, I'm still finding little helpful fixes he has done off his own back just because he could.Our finished Kitchen and Utility is absolutely amazing. He has managed to turn it into a clean, modern and stylish room that we will enjoy for years to come. All at a very reasonable price too.We would have no reservations in recommending Mark to anybody who needs property work doing. This is one of the bigger stores in the wider area. Well laid out (mostly) with friendly and helpful staff. Especially like the former trades persons dotted around the store who can provide the novice DIY'er (and younger staff) with helpful advise. Whether by design or accident this is a very welcome service.

Although somethings can be a little more expensive (worth checking on line) stuff is normally available when you need it. This make it an ideal first goto place if you need something for a project.”

“I like it! The staff here are all pretty knowledgeable and helpful in my experience, there’s a reasonable range of common use products but this isn’t a massive store so don’t expect the world. The good news is that Trades get 10% off (with membership)…..always! no minimum spend levels to reach and maintain each month like some of the competition. It’s a builders merchant/diy shop with kitchen design and fit dept. so please don’t be disappointed like some reviewers, that it’s less than ideal for toddlers and is actually quite dull for a day out …not a giant mouse, dodgem or log flume in sight on any of my visits!Tiles, doors, tools, MDF, cement, PVA, paint, fence posts and panels, fixtures and fittings in abundance though!Great burger van in car park to boot, splendid baps!!!Whoop whoop!!”
