Today, between 10:54 and 10:57 AM, an older male employee served me. Instead of assisting professionally, he made fun of me for not purchasing a bag for the two soups I bought. He even involved other customers, encouraging them to laugh at my expense. Felt unsafe with his inhumane jokes too. He turned my bright day upside down!

I went in today got 2 corn on the cob I got home and notice a smell coming from my bag it was the corn the wrapper smelt fusty and corn the same

I went in to get some snacks after my day at college and 3 of the staff were blatantly following me around and watching me acting like they were doing things all because i have a black duffle bag and im young they automatically assume im stealing, as i go to checkout one of them is stood behind me obstructing the queue to ensure im paying for all my items, then proceeds to check that i have paid for everything, horrible experience and staff like this should never be brought in, in the first place. I feel horrid after leaving.

One of my fav shops to go to for cheap cheaky snacks and fun new foods! Staff are always friendly and I've never had a problem here in the five years I've shopped here!

Heron foods is a brilliant place to find a bargain especially with there xsell foods,Xsell foods are brand-name foods that have been overproduced or miss shape's repacked under the Xsell name at a fraction of the price
