Booked it for our works Christmas party. It was very reasonable at £20.49 for 3 courses. The food was excellent and the staff brilliant and it was half the price we paid last year! I will be back very soon! Thankyou all for a great evening.

Parents came to visit me for university, we had an amazing meal and was served by Brit, who was lovely and very attentive to our needs. Food was amazing as always cooked by chef colin. 10/10 experience :)

We ate at the Harvester tonight. Rotisserie chicken was lovely and my wife really enjoyed the halloumi skewers. The salad bar was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be coming back again. We also had great service from our server Carla.

Maddy was a lovely waitress and dealt with an issue with our food. Very polite and helpful and apologetic.

Very good value for money and the staff were so pleasant, we took some friends who had not been here in about 9 years and they really enjoyed it We all had chicken with ribs and loved the unlimited salad , also had unlimited soft drink refills , most certainly we will return

Filthy restaurant. Avoid! We love a good harvester but this isn?t one! Firstly, the empty salad cart should have been a clue. Also, there was no bread and really, the main problem was the woefully insufficient staffing numbers for the size of the establishment! I felt sorry for the staff. Booked online, wished we hadn?t as soon as we tried to visit the empty salad cart. When we asked if there would be more salad shortly, the greeter told us people had eaten it all. 20 mins later they brought out ?what they had available? - by which time it was too late to go elsewhere. (We have a young child and she loves harvester, this was her choice: if not for her, we would 100% have gone elsewhere). When the rolls arrived they were uncooked. Salmon smelled inedible, rest of the food mediocre at best- not to the usual standard AT ALL. Not being a snob, this was really horrible as dining experiences go. Also the toilets were REVOLVING. Indescribably unpleasant. Reported to staff so they locked the first one and did nothing else because, how can they, with so many people to serve each? Crazy. Not blaming the 5 staff including the chef who were here- management and corporate should be ashamed of themselves trying to run a massive restaurant on less than a shoe string. Thankfully we go home tomorrow and won?t have to endure this ?meal? with the flies ever again. Phew! Brutal, but honest.

Popped in for breakfasts. Friendly service! Opted for two classic breakfasts and unlimited coffee. Everything cooked well but cold! It was luke warm when served but cold by time we tucked into it. It's not the servers fault. Would we go again? No!

Nice time at the harvester Lincoln, it?s in a nice place next to the hotels so was not a long walk for us. Our server Gee was very attentive she seemed very busy helping others but still was very kind and helpful. The fire alarm did go off once which confused my little ones but was rectified quickly. The food was good for the price point. Good family food.

Went on a Groupon deal and were provided with the appropriate menu. We were advised of any mains unavailable but were not made aware that the ice cream machine was broken, meaning all desserts would come with vegan ice cream only, which is an acquired taste. No other alternatives were offered. After 45 minutes of waiting we did try and cancel order but were told they were then being made. No apology offered. Lack of staff serving very evident.

Arrived at 18.45 on a Sunday evening without a booking, restaurant half empty, told by staff no walk ins as they were only accepting diners with bookings. Went on the harvester website and bookings were available every 15 mins from 19:00 onwards so booked and went back in to be told sorry the app allows you to book when it shouldn?t , questioned as to why they couldn?t serve us with restaurant being nearly empty and they said they were expecting the next influx of bookings and would be full, absolute rubbish. Gave up as a bad job and went elsewhere. If they?d have said they were low on food or planning on closing early that would have been acceptable, won?t be going back

We came to Harvester for a family meal - 3 of us. Waited a long time to be seated and then to have our order taken. Following this we were greeted with atrocious customer service from waitress Karla who displayed nothing but rudeness when asked if there was any more of an item from the salad bar. Karla was asked twice and said she would find out, however after fifteen minutes, she has still not returned to let us know if there was anymore of this item but could be seen completing menial tasks such as clearing a table, which there was no rush for this to be cleared as no one had sat at this table throughout the duration of our visit. When asked for a third time, Karla snapped back at us, threw two handfuls of cutlery onto the table next to us and when was told by my stepdad that the ?service sucks?, she shouted back ?i know my service sucks?. She then stormed off leaving the table next to us covered in cutlery and us shocked. Karla then returned and said in a very rude, careless and disgusting manor that they do not have any more of the item. The lack of this item was not the issue - it was the poor customer service and being spoken to like something on the bottom of her shoe that was. A short time later, Karla could be seen talking about us to a lady who appeared to be a supervisor - hair in bun and an undercut in her hair. They were both giving our table disgusting looks making us all feel very uncomfortable. Karla then had clearly refused to serve our table sending other staff over who had not initially served us, pulling this other staff member away from her own tables. To the harvester management - wholeheartedly believe that your restaurant would be considerably better if you did something about this shocking attitude from one of your team members. I work in hospitality myself, infact I also work on Brayford Wharf, so I understand the pressures that come with this environment sometimes but this is downright unacceptable. I would like to give appreciation to Maddy and the chefs for their attitude - the food was fantastic and the service Maddy gave was brilliant.
