Special shoutout to Andy. We went in today looking for two bikes for our boys. We were looking at the bikes on display when Andy approached us and asked if he could be of any help. We were pretty clueless and needed bikes for totally different age ranges (3 & 9). Andy spent a generous amount of time with us and came upstairs with us, back down, up again, back down again. He showed us a range of bikes, informed us about extra services they offer and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was great with our boys and also helped them pick out helmets to go with their new bikes. Can?t thank Andy enough and he is an asset to Halfords.

Decided to pop in to look at potentially buying a new bike .. came out with a new one ?exceptional service from Ellie such a knowledgeable and happy person to deal with .. nothing too much trouble and they made the bike up for us within half an hour .. great .The other staff member ( sorry I didn?t get your name but you know who you are ? was also very friendly much better than just purchasing online as you miss out on this service and advice .
