I take hair treatment keratin+smoothing. But they do not do good.After 10 day I get my hair very frizzy not straight, silky. They charge even much but work not good.

Worst hairdressers I?ve ever been to. Left bleach in my hair for way too long so they?ve completely damaged my hair. I asked them to only cut the back and they completely destroyed the sides of my hair. I?m now going to have to wait a year for my hair to fully regrow to how I would like it. They let a teenager man handle my head, way too aggressively and when I asked if she could be more gentle she didn?t seem to care. Tried smiling at one of the employees and she responded with a sour face. If I was you don?t waste your time or money in this utterly abysmal establishment

Been to this place 3 times each time I?ve tried convincing myself I liked my hair and ending up getting it redone. It seems professional but the girl there have made me feel ashamed of my hair when I came in and took pictures. Told me that my think hair was actually too thin to put layers. I asked for a balayage which it pretty standard and came away with a bad dye job. I also asked for a tiny trim and they put weird layers into my short bob that?s ruined it. Most of my appointment was done by a young apprentice and the employees were dismissive and only seemed to have manners for regulars. The most amazing kind and lovely staff!I did a terrible job at box dying my hair bright orange instead of red. Called up with no booking in a panic and they accepted me right away and fixed it better than I could have dreamed. My hair is now a beautiful deep red and the cut and style is so elegant! The whole experience was so calming and caring.Would definitely recommend!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I asked for a masculine haircut, also providing an image to the hairdresser, and my hair was previously to my shoulders.I had to go to the barbers down the road after to have it fixed who agreed that it was a mess, I had a big clump at the back too. They fixed it for £9, whereas the haircut from Hairworks was £30 and very poorly done.When I showed the reference to the woman she went "oh wow" and tried to do it differently to the image I provided and I had to keep stating that I wanted it a particular way.She kept walking off midway through to have a conversation which I wouldn't usually mind, but was rather rude given the circumstances.I reluctantly paid, but certainly wouldn't say it was worth £30, I could've shaved it off myself and it would've looked just as bad.I ordinarily wouldn't leave a review, but I believe that it was unfair. If you want a short haircut, go to a barbers for cheaper and a better job. I had to get it cut straight after elsewhere as it looked embarrassingly bad. I felt like I was inconveniencing the woman whenever I said anything, and I felt judged for wanting it that way.
