I took my little girl here to get her ears pierced. The lady who did them seemed very unsure of what she was doing. She asked me where abouts the ears wanted piercing, whether the markings she made were level, things I would have expected a professional to handle with worry. I wouldn't have gone ahead with the piercing had another member of staff not intervened.

Visited the store and Beth helped myself and my fiancé to find our perfect wedding rings. She was extremely helpful, kind and very polite. She was not pushy but gave us lots of advice and we both picked our favourite ones. We couldn?t recommend Beth and the Lincoln store enough! She deserves to be recognised for her impeccable customer service skills!

We went to collect my wife's ring which had been repaired, and we were told by Emma it was unrepairable. She explained that we could pick a new ring to the value of what the old ring was.
We took some time deciding, but Emma showed patience and knowledge by showing various options. Then just as we were about to go off and have a think, she pulled out a stunning pair of rings which was exactly what my wife was looking for.
We really couldn't have asked for any more from her during our visit, and if we need anything in the future, then we won't hesitate to return.
