Recently been renovated, needn't have bothered. Just stuck a load of scan ya self till. Went to the changing room and had to muscle my way into their conversation to ask to use the fitting room, as they were talking shit (not work related). I asked if it was the woman's change room and got a load of attitude back how its unisex! Made me feel like an idiot for asking! What about those who dont feel comfortable sharing changing rooms? Very odd set up and poor choice of clothes. Was rather disappointing

Who do the staff here think they are? They talk down to customers as if they're stupid for wanting H&M items. I went in with a screenshot of an outfit they have listed for a child. Woman there can't wait to tell me 'we don't do those outfits. You'll have to order it in.' No help on how to do this. I point out other similar outfits, show an interest in them. She can't wait to tell me I'm wrong about them. I take an interest in a pair of shoes, ask if they have them in other sizes. She can't wait to say 'we don't sell shoes, they're just on display as someone returned them.' Well pardon me for asking about an item on a shelf and assuming you sell them. Wow.

The store itself is quite large and is over 2 floors, therefore having the shoes and accessories crammed into a small area at the back of the store is a bit of a shame.
Till service - They have now introduced 2 self-check out tills but they don't accept cash or returns, so people are still having to queue to be seen by a human and the service is just always slow or I'm just unlucky!
It would be brilliant if they could introduce a returns system like Next and self-check out accept cash!
I did buy a black shirt dress in the sale and I'm very happy with the quality, equivalent Next or Marks was double the price.

Very helpful staff.The self-service teller downstairs isn't very functional if you have to always seek assistance from the staff who find it difficult at times to operate it. It's not user-friendly .They have a good return and refund policy. Got a t-shirt that faded after the first wash and they changed it without any hesitation.
