Disabled parking right outside the door staff exceptionally helpful.
Wheelchair accessibility: Old building so not a very wide door but step free. Staff will do all they can to assist you.

Was looking forward to a hot pastie on a very cold day. Was very disappointed! Bit into my pastie and it was stone cold! Went back in and they didn't care, just said they won't reheat it and the counter isn't kept warm. Insult to injury that both my partners pasties were red hot!!
Very poor customer service, didn't even offer to exchange! Not visiting here again!

Wonderful mini Gregg's near Lincoln Castle. We were served by a very helpful and cheerful girl called Camilla (I think). Gave us great advice and alerted us to the special deal after 4pm. We ate our food in front of the Water Tower further along the road. Meat pie and pizza slice were delicious and washed down with hot chocolate...yum!
