Do not shop here. Bought a tent that broke for no reason. Store refused to offer a replacement. Managers customer service was appalling. Very rude and critical. They do not meet their legal obligations and likewise not are the management fair or have any sense of customer service. Absolutely disgusting not buy your camping gear from here.

Having previously had pretty dismal experience in this store, recently things have really improved with regards stock and customer service. All the staff are now friendly and helpful, and had exceptional customer service from Donna today. She understood the products and we had a nice chat about what I was purchasing and it was actually a pleasure to shop in the store

What a CRAP experience shopping at Go Outdoors.
First of all to start it feels like an investigation about my details then if you don't have a membership you are paying fantasised prices almost double. Thanks to eBay and Amazon I won't have to shop here again

Grill fell apart once fully assembled. Had to buy super glue to hold it together stopping me from getting a refund. Coal doesn?t ignite. Wasted £40 that I won?t get back

We went into the Lincoln store on Thursday the day before Black Friday,ordered a roof top tent paid for it told us that it would be delivered in 2/3 days,waited till the following week still had not received it so we rang up the store to see what was happening,got told the order was cancelled and we had to go back to the store which is 40min each way to get our refund,no text or email to tell us that it had been cancelled.Would not go back to go outdoors and a peace of advice with our own experience don't order anything big because as you will not receive it.PS we did not get a apology and got the expression that this happens a lot.

Very helpful friendly staff. Very well stocked. Got what we needed. The only constructive criticism is that the car park is not motorhome friendly. 2 or 3 long spaces would be very useful.

I bought some expensive boots, after 3 months they look like they have 2+ years wear and tear clearly faulty but denied a return because they have wear and tear...I know that's the problem.

Visited Go Outdoors, Lincoln on Saturday 13th July. Upon entering the store, felt a number of the staff were disinterested in helping us and from their body language couldn?t be bothered to be at work. Informed member of staff that assistance lift, to gain access to the 1st floor was broken-needed this as my partner has mobility issues. Informed by staff member, they said ?Sorry but, lift trips out if someone touches the side wall?, this is inappropriate and management should arrange to get this fixed. The young lad at till didn?t even bother to ask me if I was a member of Go Outdoors. I glimpsed at the till and my shopping would have been at £200, had I not asked about membership. Thankfully I prompted him for membership and saved nearly £50 on my purchases. 1, I get the impression this store isn?t interested helping potential customers with mobility issues and for members of staff at this store it seems like a chore. 2, Please train your staff not to be in the game to try and rip shoppers off their purchases and have some interest in the job in hand. I?d really struggle to recommend anyone to shop at this branch in future!

Went to purchase a fleece as advertised online, unfortunately nothing in stock and nothing similar/suitable. Looked at activity sandles, found a pair in style I liked, and asked staff if they had in my size. She went to check, again, nothing in stock. Very disappointed.
