Bought a lovely snow globe which exploded when knocked very slightly. Glass well under 1mm thick in places. Very dangerous. Mechanism didn't work and they refused to refund.Possibly just a faulty globe but very rude salesman was unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that it might have been a fault with the glass 'it's glass... read full comment
