Love this shop but sadly not the staff....recently in and a lady went and asked for a handheld fan...they told her they didn't have any. I counted 4 or 5 as i walked round. Then i had to take back some incredible wings i bought on that day..They had stopped working after an hour. No word of sorry ,nothing. Also just pointed over the store and said they are over there if you want some more. This is when i asked him to please get them for me as i had alreadly walked round the shop and not found them. He got them.without a smile or a sorry etc etc....sadly this store seems lacking in decent staff.I was served by a chap who was quite slight with dark hair.

Such a cool shop, visited many across the UK and Europe and loveeee all the bits and bobs they sell, everything from kids toys and games, stationary, glasses, kitchen items, party stuff etc. Staff in this store were friendly, like most stores! The prices are so cheap as well I think

If I could give the 0 stars I would! Went in with my daughter and her friend group for a birthday shopping trip all they were doing was simply having a look at the items on sale when a rather rude staff member with a rather bad fringe, black hair and septum piercing told them all that they had to leave. I find this appalling as what caught their attention was my daughter knocking over some water bottles which were poorly stacked on the edge of a display. They accused my daughter and her friends of messing around when I was keeping a close eye on them and they were behaving excellently. Apparently the same member of staff was glaring at some of the girls in the group which I see as her being prejudice as they are teenagers. This member of staff needs to be taught how to work in a shop as she obviously isn?t fit for the job.

Absolutely love the shop, but the blonde haired lady at the tills today seemed to be rather in a mood. I walked up to the till and she didn?t even look up at me, didn?t even say a word, so i wasn?t sure whether to go to her. I walked up all smiles and asked her how she was and she ignored the question and just seemed very rude and miserable.

Absolutely disgusted, went in to purchase butterfly wings for granddaughter, stood in queue, got to check out, handed over my money, cashier refused my money saying that they don't accept Scottish notes???? WHY NOT??? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
