Update 31/07/25
Against my better judgment and to preserve my warranty I gave this company a second chance. Having been emailed by them, to inform me my 6 year service was due and being quoted a really low price, I followed the email link and booked it in. I also requested that the old timing belt be kept, so I could see what state it was in.I dropped my van off and asked the service person to ensure the belt was kept and checked the quote was correct and they had my correct contact details. I received no phone call on the day of the service so went back the day after. I was then informed that the service had not been carried out and if I wanted it doing, it would be an additional £1800! (5 X the original quote) Because they had given out the wrong price and had been calling me on the wrong number. A goodwill gesture of £150 off was just insulting.
Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. I will never be using their services again, or purchasing another Ford. The service intervals have been halved as the engines are completely unreliable and the staff don?t appear to know what is included in their own service schedule.
Only given one star as the free coffee machine is all the place is good for.
Went into the transit van section and was completely ignored. Eventually the main building showed me a van, arranged a test drive, and took a deposit, only to call me an hour later to tell me there?d been a mistake and the van was already sold.
Whilst waiting for the test drive I was offered a coffee, but it turns out that the machine is broken. I also overheard two senior sales staff, berating the performance and dress of a junior staff member. Shockingly unprofessional.
The two junior staff members were however, helpful and apologetic about the general shambles.

Extremely helpful staff. Even though heavy rain at time of buying staff happy to walk around the vehicles.
Talked through the buying process/part exchange and all the finance options. Made buying/part exchanging a vehicle a pleasant experience.
