I must say that the service from this store is exceptional, it's a 160 mile round trip but wholly worth it.
I was on the waiting list for a Tudor watch for the wife and Charlotte called me the minute it landed - obviously I had to have it
Both Charlotte & Scott and very attentive and very knowledgeable in all products and it was nice to have further exploration and information on other products that we perhaps would not consider
11/10 for me, the team here really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable with your selection process with no high pressure sales
I think that we may found our most favourite jewellers......very highly recommended....??

Went in last week to look at 2 Tudor watches and Scott was amazing and explained the difference between the 2 and gave his honest opinion on which one looked better on myself, came back in 2nd August to purchase the watch and Scott came in to finish the deal whilst on annual leave which I thought was really good of him
Couldn?t recommend him enough!

I recently visited Ernest Jones in Lincoln to purchase a Longines watch for my wife?s 30th birthday, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional.
Scott, the assistant manager, helped me through the process, and I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge. There was absolutely no pressure ? just honest, friendly advice delivered with a great sense of humour. He was naturally likeable, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful decision feel effortless.
My wife was absolutely thrilled with the gift, which made the experience all the more memorable. I left the store feeling confident we?d picked the right watch and well looked after. I?d highly recommend Scott and the team at Ernest Jones Lincoln to anyone ? I?ll certainly be returning for future gifts.

After spending the last weeks looking for the right watch, going to many dealers around Lincoln and even some in London.
I always like to buy local if I can, so I called Ernest Jones and Andre answered who was polite and knowledgeable.
He then passed me onto Scott the assistant manager who carried on from where Andre left off.
I love my watches and so does Scott, so straight away I felt at ease and he knew exactly what I wanted. His service was second to none!
The service from everyone else in the shop, from Andre answering the phone, to the lovely women who offered me a drink (sorry didn?t catch your name) to Scott sorting the deal and advising was honestly better than what I received in some supposedly high end watch shops in London.
Thanks guys, I will certainly be returning for my next purchase.

Such a lovely experience today at Ernest Jones Lincoln.
Myself and my partner came back to collect our wedding bands after looking last week, a huge thank you to Beau who really took care of us, so much so she remember we were giving notice of marriage before collecting our rings and bought us a beautiful bouquet of tulips to say congratulations!
