Unfortunately I can't leave zero stars. I bought a tub of navy blue Dylon fabric dye priced £7.00. I used it 100% correctly but it dyed my jeans black. I returned the empty tub, plus the receipt back to the branch. I explained clearly what had happened. The assistant told me I couldent have an exchange because I had used the dye. Erm yes, of course I opened it, of course I had and it had dyed my jeans the wrong colour. I then had to buy a replacement at £9.00! I asked why the price had gone up £2.00 in less than a week and the assistant claimed that it was inflation. I feel I was treated in a very condescending way and distrustfully too. Consumer law states that items must be of a merchantable quality and fit for purpose and clearly this item was nether. So I've had to pay £7.00 for faulty dye and then £9.00 to put it right. I find it in incredulously unacceptable. That's the last time I shop at Dunelm!!!

Dunelm is okay but could improve with some lovely french goods for us. I think it has potential. The lady that served us wasn't great so they could improve there staff appeal but I wouldn't complain as such because the staff was okay. I would shop here again but please get in some better goods.

Ordered a patio set, within 20 minutes of building it one of the chairs rattan strings came loose. Emailed customer services and got told either dismantle the entire set (sofa, 2 chairs, 2 tables that took over an hour to build) and return, or accept just over 20 quid refund and keep. Instead of just replacing the chair for me, which is the obvious solution.They won't let you escalate to a manager and they have no formal complaint process, basically we've offered you what we have take it or leave it. Pretty poor service, such a shame as always really liked their stuff

I recently ordered some curtains to pick up in store. Great quality and very good price. My only gripe would be, like most stores today, you end up queuing for longer than you spend looking around the shop.
I'm not blaming the staff on the shop floor, I think they do a great job.

Nice store. Staff ok. The asiles are a bit cluttered so makes it a little difficult for disabled. But it is clean and staff all nice. Restaurant good too.

Absolutely dismal service at the cafe, utterly outstandingly bad all hiding out back leaving one poor young girl on her own with the people waiting upto half an hour even though nothing is made on site, all bought in - just terrible asked for tea spoon for tea but only offered dessert spoon! It seems every staff member hates their job! Will never return

We use dunhelm regularly!!! Purchase often. Only down side is the pausa cafe. Most of the staff are miserable!!! No customer service at all and can be very abrupt. Rude too. We enjoy the hot chocolate and the latte ? when they are short of cups that we prefer they always say when they're gone we can't have them and they are not allowed to order anymore. Sometimes they only have skimmed milk!!! We prefer this but they always make some rude comments!!! Like you couldn't have other milk anyway. Why are the staff so ? sad. Maybe short staffed or rushed of their feet. Prices are good. Food looks delicious ?. Shame the staff are not friendly .

Good quality and price products but they recent change the tills to sell service, the queues were crazy and waiting for someone to come help when you needed it was too long, and when you have a trolly full of stuff it was really not idea to be using a small self checkout and the queues alone show it was not working as a system

Always liked the old shop but this obe is just awful and full of lits if cheap tacky stuff.
Also hate the tills.
They call it progress i call it cgeap and tacky.
