Our very grateful thanks to Ingrida for helping us choose our new mattress today. We were dreading being over faced by so much choice but with her advice (and a go on the previously mentioned mattress selector machine) she guided us towards mattresses to suit us. The staff in the store were very friendly. We were very impressed with Scott's knowledge about the products that were available. He listened very carefully to our requirements. We purchased a mattress that we feel matched our needs and was very happy to know that our old mattress would be recycled.

Scot in the Lincoln Dreams store was really helpful and showed us a wide range of mattresses, he knew about all the goods we purchased and explained all the information we needed. Not received the mattress yet but all being well it will be delivered in 6/6 ?

Just spent about 40 minutes in here finding the perfect bed with my partner. Amy served us, took us through using the cool mattress choosing machine that tests your back after selecting your preferred sleeping position, inputting your age bracket etc, and the whole time we felt she wasn't being pushy and was being incredibly helpful and supportive. Really enjoyed the experience. We're going to do a bit more research before buying but pretty sure we've found the mattress for us. Thanks again Amy!

We had a very nice lady serve us when we went to Dreams shop. Ingrida went through everything from trying the sleep bed so it tells you what mattress you require.and the pillows We require. And she made us a cup of tea we were very satisfied the way she treated it and we bought a mattress and pillows
