Purchased two new sofas today. The staff were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming, friendly and informative. Spoke to a few members of staff while walking round, they allowed us to browse the shop without badgering us. When we decided what we we wanted they took the time to explain everything in detail.
One of the gentlemen started work early to come and assist us and was shadowed by a lovely lady who had only been with the company a few weeks. I have a feeling she will fit in very well with the other staff members. Cant praise them enough. Above and beyond. Shop is dog and child friendly.

Came in here knowing exactly what I wanted but felt I was being sold too, although lady was very helpful felt she wanted me to spend more than I intended!!! Left in the end because what was only a potentially £800 sofa could have quite easily ended up being a 6k purchase so I made a sharp exit before she ended up pulling my trousers down, I went home and purchased exactly what I wanted online!!!

Not a great experience (again) - I purchased a pair of sofas in store and had them delivered, was stuck in the store for absolutely ages while they tired to pressure me into buying their form of insurance, which I declined several times, to then them still not letting it go and then a manager tried to give me a "better price" - if that was the best price to start with why could it then be discounted... other than they were a few short of their target!
The whole process was dragged out, we knew what we wanted and did not want the extra hour of tried to be sold creams and potions for keeping the sofa clean to then the insurance which you can't claim on if you wipe the sofa with the incorrect type of cloth. (read the small print)
I then wanted to skip the whole order faff in store so ordered a matching sofa online, perfect easy, the delivery then is delayed, we then get a date, the day before we get a call sorry its been delayed again and wont be with you now for a week and a half!! useless service from the store when I called, not a clue what they could do, no gesture, shocking.
Cost me a day off work for nothing, id avoid and go across to Sofology!!

Amazing place, plenty to see, nice and clean,the staff we're very helpful and friendly. We had a really nice person called Shona who helped us, we we're looking for a manual recliner sofa, but after shona showed us a selection of manual and electric recliners, we opted for two electric ones. We also had Mike, who helped finish off the paperwork, excellent service by all staff. Would definitely recommend.

If you are thinking of purchasing a sofa from what I thought was a reputable company ,do not pay cash protect yourself because once they have your money they do not return faulty goods. OK they sent out somebody to repair the problem but I was still not happy with the outcome. This purchase was supposed to be our last sofa in life I feel we have been robbed the customer service Is appalling and I can tell you there is no quality assurance ,there products may have a stamp to say so but rest assured our corner sofa was not assembled together before leaving the factory or they would have picked up the fault . We are left disappointed and extremely upset investing a lot of hard earned money on something that is not as it should be
