Try to avoid shopping in store! Customer service absolutely awful! Everytime when I come to store I am always disappointed with service! People who work there do not even take any effort to do their job. For example today I came to buy a hand mixer empty shop (It was about 10am) For 10-15 minutes I tried to find it by myself and after I called gentlemen. When I asked him what was included in one model he said "these things", the price was printed wrong and not saying these mixers were laying in dust and one of them was broken.The cheapest one was in stock only, so I wasted my time and didn't buy what I needed.

If you would like an answer to why the highstreet is dying please come here. We've all worked minimum wage jobs which aren't our passion. But to take it out on a customer is very childish .Stood for 20 minutes trying to make eye contact with members of staff stood on their phone chatting . After nobody seemed to want to take my money I took the display product off the shelf and brought it to the guy. Stated "Can I just take this one then ?" he hardly looked up from his phone to say just grab a box. Sorry where are the boxes , with the items in ? over there (pointed general direction) . I went back to where the product was could not find a box. Finally got a gentleman who came over who searched it up to find it was out of stock. I will gladly give my money to capitalist war machine sweat shops than to these Animals .

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!! Tried to scam us by putting a price tag of the product we wanted to buy saying it was £50 off. I went up to the cashier to buy it and this lady said it was £299.99 not £249.99. So I took a picture of the price tag that was on show and the lady was gone for a good few minutes. She then came back and it turns out she had printed out a price tag saying £299.99 which was definitely not in the shelf at the time we saw this product. So then the manager came over and told us that if the price tag it showed on the system for this product was already on the shelf then it didn?t matter if the reduced price tag was there even though they had just printed off the £299.99 price tag a few minutes ago. So in the end we decided to leave and what a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE we were provided with. I would highly recommend checking the price tag and taking photos of shelves as proof in the future just in case they try and do this to you!!

Served by Emma and received shocking customer service. Bought a product that was faulty and she was unhelpful, rude and dismissive. And I'm an employee of Currys! Not impressed at all.Calls herself a manager and doesn't know about her own companies return policy.

We were approached by a member of staff, friendly and efficient. He gave us all the information we wanted to know about the TV's we were interested in (very knowledgeable in this area)With a quick and easy purchase, he took us through all our options, then delivered in 2 days.

Great store with ample parking. We went in for a blue tooth bose speaker but was told to go online and buy a different brand which the sales advisor said was a better sound and £100 cheaper .

Ah, Luke from Currys! Buckle up, because this guy needs a monument in the tech world. Picture this: my dad and I, armed with a shopping list longer than a CVS receipt, marching into Currys. We had ambitions?two Hisense TVs, sound-canceling headphones that could mute a rock concert, PlayStation accessories that?d make gamers weep with envy, a Meta Quest 2 (because, well, reality is overrated), a ninja-grade air fryer (for the crispiest fries in town), and, oh yeah, a laptop that'd put Elon Musk?s tech to shame.Now, the drama didn't hold back. The tills decided it was their moment for a digital rebellion, crashing faster than a computer on an old dial-up connection. Chaos? Yep, that was on the menu. But guess who swooped in like a superhero amidst the electronic apocalypse? Luke.Luke, the tech wizard, maneuvered through the chaos with the skill of a seasoned pro. He's the Houdini of multitasking, juggling gadgets and customer service with such finesse that we were practically applauding. Seriously, if there was an Olympic event for managing customer pandemonium, Luke would bag the gold.As the tills rebooted more times than a glitchy computer game, Luke kept the vibe cooler than a polar bear?s pajamas. He cracked jokes smoother than butter on hot toast, turning what could've been a stressful experience into a comedy show. He probably deserves an award for making tech shopping feel like a night at the comedy club.In the end, despite the till tantrums, thanks to Luke?s expert maneuvering and infectious humor, we left with bags full of gizmos and a belly full of laughter. If Currys ever needed a poster boy for exceptional service, they need not look further than Luke. Give that man a superhero cape because in the realm of electronics, he's the undisputed champ!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered a laptop from click and collect and when we came to pick it up and buy a sleeve for it the staff didn?t greet us and came across as very rude, not even a half smile. We then took the laptop home, turned it on, set it up and left it to update etc. The entire time it made a really loud whirring noise and as students this was unusable. We then took it in to inquire about a return or exchange for a macbook (an even more expensive laptop) but they said we can?t get a refund due to us having turned it on. We were then greeted by a woman, presuming a manger, and her customer service was even worse than her ratty makeup. She didn?t seem like she cared at all and even said under her breath said that there was only 45 minutes left until the store closed like that was our fault. They vaguely said how they were going to run tests on it and didn?t even take down any of our details . We came back in to see what they thought about the laptop and said it was fine and that they didn?t hear anything, they suggested we didn?t give it long to update and maybe that?s why it was so loud. Even though they said nothing was wrong with it they still wouldn?t offer a refund or exchange because it had been turned on and can?t be re-sold as unopened which is just stupid. They then gave us the laptop back and didn?t even repackage it properly. When we got home we tried setting it up again and they were still signed in as ?admin? and on top of that they left the charger out of the box when they had repackaged it and so we had to walk back (30 mins) just to get the charger to see if the laptop was STILL faulty. I wouldn?t recommend buying anything from there, shocking staff and customer service.

Disgusting serviceWas stood waiting for service for 45 minutes, one member of staff was busy and the rest was just standing around and talking, or getting ready to close.The only time a member of staff came up to me was somebody called Emma, (I believe was a manger) who asked me if I needed any help because they?re closing. When I explained that I was there waiting for help for the last 45 minutes, she didn?t apologise, she just became really snappy and said ?well do you want to buy anything, have you not seen the time? We?re closing now?The service was awful. No respect for customers. Would steer clear if you?re looking for any help.

Would rate 6 stars if I could. Callum was absolutely amazing! My knowledge of computers is sub par, and so Callum made sure to explain everything in a clear way and managed to help me not only pick a great laptop for my needs, but managed to save me money (as I was worried I was going to have to get a macbook lmao). He made the whole financing process fun and easy; I can't thank him enough for his service! What a Legend
