From the outside this store doesn?t even look open and appears small. But step inside and it?s a proper large Curry?s that is well stocked with electrical goods of all kinds. Although I didn?t find the tablet I was looking for at the right price, I?ll definitely return for electrical items. The staff member I made enquiries with was very helpful and professional and helped me to make my eventual choice.

We went in to buy a new fridge/freezer and the guy who served us was amazing ?. He was so chatty, friendly and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure being served by Harvey. 10 out of 10 for customer service Harvey, you were brilliant!!! Keep up the good work ?

We got in a right muddle over a washer drier we bought from Currys nearly two years ago and which we recently discovered had been leaking small amounts of water. We knew we were out of warranty so we started dealing with the manufacturer who had a two year warranty. It's was a nightmare dealing with them and three weeks later we were still without a washing machine. We went back to Currys to see if they could help only to discover that we had taken out a 5 year extension warranty (Doh!!) Currys sorted the problem in minutes and arranged for us to get a replacement the following day. That's Currys for you.

Came to this branch of Curry?s to sort out a mobile phone issue as I was with iD mobile at the time and you can?t ring them up and speak to them, they?re owned by Curry?s.
Went into store, as my phone had broken beyond repair but I was coming up to my upgrade period, waited to be served, was told that the gentleman who dealt with mobile phones was seeing someone else, no issue with that at all.
However, when you?ve got a dozen other members of staff just standing around not seeing to anyone, it does beg the question as to why Curry?s can?t train more of their staff to deal with mobile phone queries.
Was finally seen by the staff member after about 45 minutes, only to be told I couldn?t upgrade early as his system wouldn?t let him, this was after he failed to find my details on the system which is a bit worrying within itself.
Have left iD now, never known such bad customer service/support.

I recently returned a faulty Philips steam iron (Azur 7000 Series) to my local Currys store under the instant replacement cover ? and I?m genuinely impressed with the service I received. Despite there being only a limited selection of irons available in store, the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and efficient throughout the process. A special mention to Timothy and his colleague, who were both courteous and professional ? something that's sadly becoming rare in retail.
While I was initially a bit disappointed by the options available, I left feeling satisfied thanks to how smooth and stress-free the entire return and replacement experience was. Great service like this deserves recognition. Thanks, Currys!
